A new chapter is beginning at Grand Plaza.

The Centre’s former cinema space is currently being transformed as part of an exciting redevelopment that will help shape the future of Your Grand Plaza. Works are now underway to prepare the area for a refreshed retail and dining experience, creating even more reasons for our community to shop, dine and enjoy all that the Centre has to offer.

Here's your sneak peek at what's to come: a refreshed centre entrance and enhanced dining experience, bringing more food options and inviting outdoor seating spaces to relax and connect.

While there’s still plenty of work ahead, you’ll start to see progress taking shape, particularly from the Aqua Car Park and around the Centre’s main entry. A new taxi rank area has already been established, with a permanent shade structure still to come. Meanwhile, our existing food retailers, Grill’d and Nando’s, are having their external seating areas upgraded to align with the refreshed aesthetic the broader development will bring.

Together with the future arrival of Rebel Sport, adjacent to the Food Court, these exciting additions will mark the beginning of a new chapter for Grand Plaza. Construction is expected to continue through to early 2027, with new operators anticipated to begin opening from mid-2027.

We’re excited about what’s to come and look forward to sharing more as our plans progress. In the meantime, we thank you for your patience and support during these works.
