A new chapter is beginning at Grand Plaza.

The Centre’s former cinema space is currently being transformed as part of an exciting redevelopment that will help shape the future of Your Grand Plaza. Demolition works are now underway to prepare the area for a refreshed retail and dining experience, creating more reasons for our community to shop, dine and enjoy all that the Centre has to offer.

While there’s plenty of work still ahead, you’ll start to see progress taking shape, particularly from the Aqua Car Park. Construction is expected to continue through to early 2027, with new operators anticipated to begin opening from mid-2027.

We’re excited about what’s to come and are looking forward to sharing more as our plans progress. In the meantime, we thank you for your patience and support during these works.
