For more than 15 years, Shingle Inn Grand Plaza has been a much-loved meeting place at Grand Plaza Shopping Centre, where great coffee, sweet treats, a delicious menu and friendly conversation have been part of everyday moments for our community.

Since opening the café on 17 August 2011, Peter, Patsy, Nivi and Mel have created a warm and welcoming space that has become a favourite stop for many of our guests. Over the years, countless coffees, celebrations and catch-ups have been shared within the café, and their dedication to their customers has helped make Shingle Inn a truly special part of the Grand Plaza community.

As of this week, the café has officially transitioned to new owners Rami and Jaspal, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the much-loved venue.

Many Grand Plaza visitors may already recognise Rami and Jaspal as the friendly faces behind Grand Plaza Skin & Beauty, another well-known business within the centre. Their strong connection to the Grand Plaza community and passion for great customer service make them a wonderful fit to continue the Shingle Inn story.

Peter, Patsy, Nivi and Mel have spent time supporting the transition to ensure the café continues to deliver the experience guests know and love, from friendly service to the comforting favourites that have made Shingle Inn such a cherished destination.
